the bottom part of the exhale is most important. down where your body feels
like it is dying, down in the depths of a meditation so far that your body
believes it is over and shuts down the program that blinds us from our unity
with the all. there is no self here. there are no others here. here i am you
and you are me. i am the person i hate most and love best. the earth i
cherish and the earth i destroy, it is all one here...
ego-consciousness, it is what keeps us in this world. it is the chain that
binds us to the earth. it is the program in which all the files of reality
are stored. if we conquer ego and then learn how to close the files one by
one, eventually we will see that we are one...
i am still convinced love is our weapon against ego it takes us away from
ourselves so we can look on from above as the universe flows freely through
our vessel ...now slow your breathing down to where you can hear your heart
in your breath...all the way to the top of the lungs and then release it
until you have to push a little to empty your lungs completely...do it
slowly, listen for your heart and visualize that small little muscle there
in the center of your chest that holds you to this mortal
coil...beat...beat... now forget. forget where you are and who you are.
detach from yourself and float freely in the soupy warm water of the womb.
through this doorway resides peace... there is no hurry. it will come if you
wait for it...
