life is so fast. our true nature has a longer view of things.
the child fresh from the universe has no concept of time, no need of
hurry, only time stretching out before them like endless golden fields.
that must be the way it is on the other side, endless golden fields, the
streets of heaven are paved with gold. luckily the child that came is
the child that leaves just with a lot more luggage. but that luggage is
why we came in the first place, to gather the information here and
return to the whole with our reports and achievments. krishna said that
whatever we learn during our human incarnation we retain for future
lives. i sure hope he was right. ive been reading heavily in the bible
recently. well actually ive been reading all the extras that came with
my highschool graduation bible. its a great one it has cross references
and glossaries and lots of interesting history of the actual document.
it  amazes me how blind and powerful faith can be. of course it is our
own faith and not the document or ritual that sets us free from this
cycle of dust, it is our only ability to accept the gift. if you believe
it will be, but belief is a powerful fellow he needs intellect and
humanity to keep him civil. sometimes belief gets tangled up with ego
and ends up serving him instead, thats when men strap bombs to
themselves in order to be right. it is the new babylon we are living in
and all lands will eventually be infected. even here in my little corner
the kingdom of ego is growing and the old culture dying out like forest
that they cut to build upon. its sad but normal. of course it is our
course.
